Shipping within the US: 4 to 8 business days
Shipping within the European Union (EU): 4 to 6 business days
Shipping outside the EU and US: 4 to 15 business days (depending on location)

Note: These delivery times are estimates. Some orders may arrive earlier or later, depending on the recipient's location and the distribution center used.

None of our shipments are subject to import charges , regardless of your country of residence.


Processing times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after being placed before being shipped.


Where can I find my tracking number?

When your order ships, you'll receive an automatic email notification with your tracking number.

Delivery

Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so you'll receive your package with your regular mail.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notice with instructions for picking up the package.


Unexpected delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than indicated. Most of these delays are due to international customs processes beyond our control.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will do everything possible to help you.


Failed delivery

If the package cannot be delivered due to errors or lack of cooperation on the part of the customer (incorrect address, absence of the recipient, etc.), or if the customer refuses the package, it will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense .
This fee includes shipping costs and any other associated fees; this amount will be deducted from the total order refund .


Items not received but marked as delivered

Please note that we do not refund or replace items that appear as delivered in the tracking.
For this reason, we always recommend providing a secure delivery address.
